2) Where can Eagle Gifting deliver in India

Eagle Gifting delivers at entire India, we have our business associates present in all the states and cities of India who make the best attempt to deliver your order on time.

3) Which payment modes do you accept?

We accept all the Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, PayTm, Paypal, Google Pay and Deposits in Bank.

4) How can check the serviceability to my city?

Please enter the pincode across the selected product and then click on “check availability”, by doing you will get to know if the delivery is attainable or not.

5) At what time will my order be delivered?
  1. We deliver your order in between to 08:00 am – 08:00 pm which is the standard delivery time of ours. However, you may select “fixed time delivery” or “midnight delivery” if you would like to get it delivered during any preferred time which is pursued by extra delivery charge.
  2. Eagle Gifting request you to provide us the possible available time of the recipient at the time of placing an order in the “Special Instructions for Us” box (we try to deliver considering your mentioned time but cannot commit if you select “Standard Delivery”)
6) Do you provide midnight delivery? Which date should I select for the midnight delivery?

Yes, we do provide midnight delivery. Timings of our midnight delivery is from 11:30 pm – 11:55 pm

  1. For midnight delivery, order needs to be placed 24 hrs prior to the delivery time.
  2. To exemplify, if the occasion is on 15th January then to make it a surprise at 12 am you need to select the delivery date as 14th January having midnight delivery
7) Can I keep this order as a surprise or will your team disclose my details?

Usually the delivery person gives a call to the recipient to check their availability BUT if you wish to keep it a surprise than we can do the same. You just have to mention this in the “Special Instructions for Us” box at the time of placing an order and our team will follow that way.

Although, team at Eagle Gifting suggests not to hide the details as sometimes the recipient refuses to accept the order and sometimes no one is available at the delivery address due to which the essence of the occasion is missed.

8) Can I change the product or the quantity of my already placed order? How will the extra amount be charged Or Refunded?
  1. You may change the quantity of the product but replacing the product with some other won’t be possible as once we receive your order, our business partner starts the preparation of the same within a short span of time.
  2. If you have placed an order for more than one quantity of any product(s) and want to reduce the quantity then we will refund the amount in your same bank account from which you have made the payment.
  3. However, you may add a new product(s) to your existing order till it doesn’t get dispatch. In such case, we will share a payment link with you on your registered email ID so that you may easily make the payment of the added amount.
9) Is it mandate to register with Eagle Gifting Or can I place an order even as a guest without sharing my details?
  1. It is mandate to register with us to place an order as there are few details which we require from the customers end such as email id, name, address, contact number to process and deliver your order.
  2. Email ID is mandate, to provide you the timely update regarding the status of your order, and in case if there is hurdle in delivering the order then we can communicate the same to you.
10) Will I get same arrangement of Flowers/Cakes delivered?

Most of the products are the handmade products due to which there could be a slight difference in the actual delivered one. Also, products in the picture appear to be different on the website due to the lighting effect during their photography.

11) Substitution Policy

Flowers - Our florist delivers the similar arrangement of flowers but there could be the times when the selected type and colour of flowers are not available.

In such situation, our team will apprise you the same and will deliver the available flowers of the same order value.

Cakes – Delivered cake will be similar to the one in the picture

12) What if my order doesn’t gets delivered on selected time for which I have paid extra?
  1. During the occasion or festive time there could be a delay in delivery.
  2. But if you have selected any particular time of delivery and have paid for the same, then we will refund the amount of “extra delivery charges” in case if order doesn’t gets delivered on that provided time.
13) What if the wrong product gets delivered which I didn’t selected even?

Our team makes the efforts that wrong product doesn’t gets delivered as our business partners share with us the video of the product which is “ready to dispatch”.

But just in case if it happens, then we request you to share the picture of the delivered product instant with us on happytohelpyou@eaglegifting.com so that we can provide you the resolution within few hours.

14) Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
  1. Delivery Address can be changed only if the order has not been processed. It will be difficult to change the address if there is a change in the city. We request you to kindly give us the intimation of the same 24 hrs before on
  2. If the order needs to be delivered the same day on the day of placing an order
15) Do you attempt re-delivery if the recipient is not available?

As most of the products are perishable, considering this re-delivery of the order is just not possible.

16) How can I track my order?

To track the order, you don’t need to necessary log in. Just enter the order number and the registered email ID which is sufficient for the tracking.

17) Can you provide delivery boy’s number?
  1. Considering the on-road safety of our delivery boy, we cannot provide you his number.
  2. Please don’t worry, our team keeps you updated at every step of your order. Whether it’s “out for delivery” or “delivered”, you are informed throughout.
18) Will the Flowers, Cakes, Chocolates, Sweets and Dry Fruits be fresh and of good quality?

Eagle Gifting commit to deliver the fresh products at the time of delivery. We endeavour to earn a smile of yours and your loved on delivering the freshness and the quality you trusted us for.

19) How can I get to know what product is delivered as asking the recipient for a picture of delivered product would sound awkward?

We will share the video (if possible) Or the picture of the product once it gets ready for the dispatch.

20) What if due to mishandling by delivery boy my order gets ruined and same, he delivers to the recipient
  1. Although we instruct the delivery guy to take the extreme care of the order till the delivery is done. But still if it happens, then we request you to kindly share a picture with us of the delivered product on our email ID happytohelpyou@gmail.com
  2. Considering the shared picture, we will provide you the resolution within few hours without spoiling your Occasion & Celebration. We don’t want you to worry in any situation when team of Eagle Gifting is with you.
21) Will I get a confirmation once order gets delivered and who received it?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email and a message on your registered whatsapp number regarding the time of delivery and the person who accepted it.

22) What if there is a difference in the colour or type of the flowers delivered?
  1. There might be the times when the selected colour or type of flowers won’t be available at a particular location. In such case, our business partners make their efforts to arrange the flowers as per the desire of your order. But due to non-availability, if they are unable to do so then we substitute it with the available flowers of your same or higher money value.
  2. Our team notifies you the same via email and a watsapp on your registered mobile number.
23) How can I customize my order?

24) What if my order isn’t delivered?
  1. There could be a possibility that due to technical glitch you might not have receive the confirmation of the delivery.
  2. If the recipient didn’t receive the order, we request you to kindly send us an email at happytohelpyou@eaglegifting.com. On receiving your email, our team will provide you a resolution within few hours.
25) Why I didn’t receive all products of my order?
  1. We make sure that it doesn’t happen BUT in case you haven’t receive the complete order, we request you to kindly send us an email on happytohelpyou@eaglegifting.com
26) When can I expect the refund & How will I get to know that it’s processed from your end?
  1. Once our team has provided you a confirmation regarding the refund on your registered email id then within 12 hours, we process it.
  2. When the refund is processed from our end, we share the transaction ID with you.
