Return & Refund Policy

  1. In case if the wrong product(s) gets delivered

    Then we request you to kindly share the picture of the delivered product with us within 24 hrs or as soon as possible at our email id so that our team at Eagle Gifting can provide you with the resolution within few hours to not miss your occasion & celebration.

  2. Eagle Gifting will attempt to deliver the order just once, and under following circumstances no refund or adjustment will be done:
    1. If recipient contact number is wrong, not reachable or not responded
    2. If no one is available at the provided address to receive the delivery
    3. If the provided address is wrong or is not locatable
    4. If recipient refuses to accept the order
  3. Refund for “extra delivery charge” if delivery is not done at that particular time:
    1. If you have paid us extra delivery charge either for “fixed time delivery” Or for “midnight delivery” and your order doesn’t gets delivered on that selected time slot then we will refund you the amount which you paid us for the delivery
    2. Eagle Gifting would like to apprise you that the above shared situation is seldom to occur, as we want our customers to feel worth & happy with our services.
  4. In case of Order Cancellation

    On receiving your request, if your order is cancelled by our team and not processed. Then we refund the entire amount to your same bank account from which you have made the payment.

  5. If wrong order delivered OR Not happy with the delivered product
    1. Although our team makes the endeavour that such a situation doesn’t arise. But just in case if it happens then we require either a video or a picture of the delivered product to provide you the valuable resolution just within few hours.
    2. Even in such situation, we do not want your occasion to be missed due to the negligence of our delivery boy. Hence, we re-arrange the delivery of your order within few hours of receiving your email.

      Considering this policy of Eagle Gifting – to make your occasion memorable, we do not initiate the refund under this case. We thank you for your understanding & cooperation.

  6. Duplicate Orders
    1. If our team come across that duplicate orders has been placed, under such case we will contact you for the confirmation via email & call.
    2. This will be done if the delivery date is after 24 hrs, if it will be of within 24 hrs then we will process the order without your confirmation.

    3. In case if our email & call is left unanswered (for 12 hrs), then we will process your all the orders. No refunds will be made once the processing has been done.
