  1. We request you to kindly read our “Terms and Conditions”, as when you use our services it is automatically subject to the acceptance as well as compliance of the same.
  2. Some of the products at Eagle Gifting are perishable in nature like Flowers, Cakes, Sweets and taking this into consideration delivery of your order will be attempted only once. If the address provided to us is incorrect, insufficient, pincode provide is wrong, premises is locked or the recipient refuses to accept the order – under these situations no refund will be done by Eagle Gifting.
  3. Actual delivered product could be slightly different from the one which is on website due to the photography effect and also because these are the handcrafted arrangements. Although, we try to deliver the product as much similar to the one in picture.
  4. You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Website's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Eagle Gifting of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Eagle Gifting cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section (b).
  5. Eagle Gifting can change the content and price of the products, you are requested to view our policies and terms & conditions on regular basis. The prices listed on this Site are only for the online orders. Any prices used on this Site may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in your area. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers.
  6. Users or Customers who have availed services through Eagle Gifting by selecting one or more listed service providers, Eagle Gifting contact you via email, call or whatsapp to provide you the updates and also to collect the relevant feedback from you. Eagle Gifting has complete ownership of this flow of feedback collection.
  7. We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.
  8. Pincode Requirements - It is user responsibility to provide correct pincode in the address of delivery. The pin code should map to the correct delivery address. Sometimes address mentioned does not correspond to the the pin code of that area.

If pin code entered in the address section is incorrect then following cases arise:

  1. Address entered is of Non-Serviceable area, the order stands cancelled and NO refund will be initiated - The system checks pincode for delivery verification and may accept order when pincode entered is of serviceable area and address is not.
  2. If our team contacts you regarding wrong pin in address, and you want to get delivery done to new pin code, the charges of the newly added pincode might apply. The order cannot be cancelled and refunded in case you do not wish to pay for correct pin code’s charges.
